(a) — The Room

We built Ember around a single ask: that a room be dark enough to feel time slow.

Forty-eight seats, one menu — it doesn't change. What does is where it comes from: the farms and markets up the road that supply our kitchen each week. The menu is right here. We are quiet on purpose — the food is loud.
